Contact our customer care team and inform the details of the item you wish to return to us along with the Order No. and generate a Return Authorization Code. Follow the prescribed return procedure to return the product to us.
Once the returned product is received at our facility and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be made within 10 working days.
The value of the returned product will be calculated based on the prevailing gold/Diamond rates mentioned in our website. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Buy-Back amount of the product. Refund will be made via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.
