Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the order by logging in to your Manappuram Riti Account. Cancellation is not possible post-dispatch of the product.

Once the cancellation process is complete, you will receive a confirmation mail to the registered email ID and the amount will be refunded back through the same mode of payment within 10 working days.

Should you have any queries, we shall be glad to answer the same before initiating the cancellation request.

Manappuram Jewellers Ltd. at its sole discretion, reserves the rights to cancel an order at any particular point of time. This may be propelled by various factors like (i) limitations on quantities available for purchase; and (ii) inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. Once cancelled, the amount will be credited back to the customer's source account within the bank's nominal processing time.

This cancellation policy is not applicable for Customized ornaments/Gold Coin/Silver Coin, Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards and digital gift vouchers.

Exchange Policy

If any of our customers wish to exchange the product purchased through Manappuram Riti online, they can do the same by sending back the product to us or by visiting any of our outlets in India. Please call any of the nearest Manappuram Riti outlet to know more about the in store exchange policy.

Following policies are applicable for the exchange through online.

14 Day Easy Exchange Policy :

Customers will get 100 % of the invoice value if the product is exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Contact our customer care team and inform the details of the item you wish to return to us along with the Order No. and collect a Return Authorization Code. Follow the prescribed return procedure to return the product to us.

If you have received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.

During the exchange, return the product with its original bill/product certificate. Loss of the original product certificate/Invoice would result in a deduction of Rs. 500.

Once the returned product is received at our facility and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Exchange after 14 days of Purchase:

We offer a Lifetime Exchange option for all purchases made from Manappuram Riti online, in India.

Contact our customer care team and inform the details of the item you wish to return to us along with the Order No. and collect a Return Authorization Code. Follow the prescribed return procedure to return the product to us.

Once the returned product is received our facility and after successful completion of the quality check, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

The value of the returned product will be calculated based on the prevailing gold/Diamond rates mentioned in our website. The refund amount will be based on the product weight. No making charges/GST will be refunded for the returned product.
